At Learnerskart, your learning journey is our priority. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make cancellations and refunds as simple and fair as possible, while ensuring the integrity of our training programs.
We value your trust, and our flexible refund policy is here to make your learning journey worry-free.
- Cancellation by the Participant
- Before Course Start Date:
Cancel 7 days or more before your course begins → 100% refund (minus any applicable processing fees). - Within 7 Days of Course Start Date:
A 30% cancellation fee applies; balance refunded. - After Course Commencement:
No refunds available.
- Rescheduling by the Participant
- Requests allowed up to 3 days before course start at no extra cost.
- After the course starts, rescheduling is not available.
- Cancellation or Rescheduling by Learnerskart
- If we cancel/reschedule due to trainer unavailability, low enrolments, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:
- Full refund, if your registrations at the standard course price qualify for a 100% refund, subject to our cancellation terms
- Free transfer to another batch or free reschedules to our very next batch training
- Refund Processing
- Refunds processed within 7–10 working days via original payment method.
- Timelines may vary based on your bank/payment provider.
- Non-Refundable Items
- E-learning/self-paced courses, downloadable study material, and issued exam vouchers are non-refundable once accessed or issued.
- Promotional/discounted enrollments are non-refundable but may be rescheduled.
