At Learnerskart.com, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule your course sessions or training programs. Our rescheduling policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring smooth operations for all learners and instructors.
1. Rescheduling Eligibility
You can request to reschedule:

Live Classes or Workshops: You may reschedule a booked session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

One-on-One Sessions: Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the session start time.

Group Training Programs: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days prior to the program start date.
Late rescheduling requests may not be accommodated and could be treated as a no-show.
2. How to Request a Reschedule
To request a reschedule:

Email us at support@learnerskart.com or use the Reschedule Request option in your learner dashboard.

Your full name and registered email.

Order ID or booking reference.

Original session date and your preferred new date/time.

Our team will confirm the availability and get back to you within 24-48 hours.
3. Important Conditions

One-Time Reschedule: Each session or booking can be rescheduled only once.

Subject to Availability: New dates and times are subject to instructor and seat availability.

No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in the session being marked as completed, with no refund or reschedule.

Program Changes: Learnerskart.com reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to instructor unavailability, technical issues, or low enrollment. In such cases, you will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.
4. Fees

Rescheduling Fee: In most cases, rescheduling is free if requested within the allowed window. However, repeated changes or last-minute requests (if exceptionally approved) may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 10% of the course/session fee.
